This weekend retreat introduces the basics of Ignatian Spirituality and method of prayer. Ignatius experienced Jesus as his kind teacher, gently leading him into learning how to find God at all times, in all places. The weekend will introduce the reason for and the role of silence in prayer. Techniques for meditation and contemplation will be presented and guided prayer experiences will be conducted.
